Co-op London Road - Lodge Park Construction

Project Overview

Design and construction of a new 433m2 Co-op Local Store together with the two seperate 84m2 retails units in one building.

Enabling works comprised the demolition, removal and remediation of an existing petrol filling station and garage including removal of existing underground tanks and pipework.

The construction comprised two steel framed units on piled foundations with external cladding details comprising metal cladding, brickwork, cedar cladding, and curtain walling. All works were undertaken immediately adjacent occupied residential properties and involved part wall agreements, monitoring and liaison with residents to ensure a successful build.

External works comprise Section 278 entance alterations, car parking, service roads and yards.
