Project Overview
Design and construction of a new 10,000 square foot three storey office building with undercroft parking.
The work comprise the demolition of the existing industrial site and the part removal of an existing office occupied by the incoming tenant throughout the works. The construction of a fully fitted air conditioned steel framed office unit on piled foundations with external cladding details comprising trespa cladding, brickwork, profiled metal details, and curtain walling.
External works comprise SUDS drainage and new car parking and service road including remodelling of the existing adjacent river bank.
The project also included a further £300k bespoke design and install fit out for the incoming occupier, which was undertaken concurrently.
