Project Overview

This project comprised the design and construction of a new Main Office and Workshop building within and existing live site and adjacent to the clients existing building. The works comprised the constrution of an 8k square foot main office and workshop building comprising 4.5k workshop and 3.7k internal two storey office building together with external concrete yard and alteration and making good of existing roads and car parks.

All works were undertaken utilising the clients existing access and yard areas whilst their existing building remained fully operational. The building design consisted of a steel framed structure with profiled metal cladding and feature masonry to external walls and metal clad roof areas with insitu concrete ground floor slab to FM2 standard. Services installations comprised heating and lighting with plumbing air conditioning and power to office areas and workshop, in addition PV solar panels were installed.
